We deliver throughout Ukraine from a warehouse in Kyiv via the carrier "Nova Poshta", to your chosen branch or by courier to the address.

• Orders are processed daily from 08:00 to 21:00.
• Shipping - within 5 business days from the moment of order confirmation.

Shipping cost:
Paid by the recipient according to the carrier's tariffs.
Free delivery — for orders over UAH 5,000.

International delivery

We carry out international delivery (except for the territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus) through Ukrposhta.

• Shipping - within 5 business days after confirmation.

The cost and delivery times are determined by the carrier and paid by the recipient.

Importantly:

If the parcel is refused, it will be returned to the sender. Return shipping is paid by the seller.

Return of goods

We want every purchase to bring you satisfaction. If the jewelry does not fit in size, color or style, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• the product has no traces of use,
• The product appearance, consumer properties and packaging are preserved.

According to Ukrainian law, jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. However, at LUCHI we are here to help you - returns or exchanges are possible as a gesture of our customer care.

The refund will be made in full (excluding shipping costs) if all conditions are met and the return is processed within the established time frame.

Importantly:

If the package is refused, it is automatically returned to the sender. The cost of return shipping in this case is covered by the seller.

Silver jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 60 days - for silver products with rhodium plating or gold plating.

The warranty covers:

• falling stones or other defects caused by manufacturing defects.

Service:
We offer free services to keep your jewelry looking flawless:

• professional cleaning,
• polishing,
• renewal of rhodium or gold plating.
